Any deliverable that constitutes land surveying under California Business & Professions Code § 8726 — including Orthomosaics, Point Clouds, Control Points, Topographic Maps, or any other surveyor-only deliverable — will be contracted through and produced under a California-licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). In all such engagements, Cyclone Drone Services serves as the subordinate subcontractor to the PLS, performing UAV data collection and processing under the PLS’s responsible charge as defined by BPC § 8703, and without assuming responsible charge of work as defined by BPC § 8705
